Yep. I'm actually learning how to play the guitar XD (Gotta say. I'm pretty proud of myself)
I've only been playing it for two weeks. I've already got Ode To Joy down for the most part. I thought people were bs-ing when they said that me knowing how to play the violin would help me learn the guitar. It actually has helped XD
The only things I don't get are chords (I've only been taught notes, and you make songs out of those... What do chords actually do?) and how people read the sheet music. I mean I understand how they do it, but I'm still deeply  confused as how to people can play six strings with only five stanza's to work with. I know that you can go a line above and below the stanza with the violin. But going up/down four to six times? That'd get so confusing. So I'm just with the numbers right now XD

And I just made myself look like an idiot (half of that didn't even make sense). Go me.
But if anyone has any advice for a beginner guitar player. Shout it out, I'm deeply confused.
